The new product, available in 50cl and 20cl bottles, is a variant of the company’s award-winning spirit with a raspberry infusion and a little pure sugar cane.

According to Spencerfield Spirit, its new variant is not overwhelmingly sweet but offers a tart raspberry flavour that can be enjoyed neat with ice or with soda, lemonade, Champagne or added to Cava or Prosecco to make a Kir Royale with a Scottish twist.
