Inventive Leisure snaps up two more sites

Inventive Leisure, the Revolution Vodka Bar operator, has secured two more sites, including the biggest location yet for a stand-alone Revolución de Cuba rum-bar concept in Manchester.

The company has exchanged on the leasehold of a two-storey, 15,000sq ft site in Manchester’s Peter Street.

It has also exchanged on an outlet in Bournemouth, which will operate as a ‘dual’ venue featuring a standard Revolution Vodka Bar and a Revolución de Cuba room.

CEO Roy Ellis said the firm was “quite close to agreeing on about another half-dozen”.
