Pub and bar operator Yates Group has this morning announced the departure of Charles Enevoldson.
The human resources director has resigned from the board and is leaving the company.
Chief executive Mark Jones said: "We are grateful for Charles's contribution to the development of the business and wish him well for the future."
His responsibilities will in the short term be divided between the senior management.
