Daura, the gluten free beer from Damm has been given a makeover.

The new bottle design features a new font to increase shelf standout for the beer, while maintaining Damm’s signature red label colour. The text on the labels focuses on Daura being “the most award winning gluten free beer,” and also features the international gluten free symbol.

With an ABV of 5.4% and a the same flavour profile as a standard beer, Daura has a gluten level of less than 3ppm: European regulation describes gluten levels below 20 ppm as “gluten-free”.

Launched at the end of 2006 Daura was the first barley malt beer suitable for coeliacs.

In March Daura was rolled out to all Mitchells and Butler venues nationwide, and is available now through on trade distributors.
