Gin brand Whitley Neill has created a more “modern” G&T to help recruit new fans from the 25 to 45-year-old age range.

The gin is made from nine botanicals, two of which are South African — Baobab fruit and Cape gooseberries.

The new serve, the Whitley Neill Cape Sunset, has been designed to make the most of these flavours. It is made with tonic, bitter, orange and Whitley Neill gin.

“We are starting a journey of discovery to introduce new consumers to Whitley Neill from gin and other white spirit brands,” said Richard Clark, head of innovation for distributor Halewood International.

“The brand’s use of certain botanicals gives it a distinct flavour that sets it apart from other premium gins.”
