£10m music licence refunds for pubs

I have got a feeling that the 'refund' will only apply to very large venues. I seem to recall that they changed how they assessed pubs a few years back. From what I remember the vast majority of us would have had little or no change but there was a big jump for large pubs.
As my fees are paid on my juke box and live music is nothing to do with them I fortunately have little to do with PPL.
