BISC: Bailey questions Prime Minister over pubco deal

The first question I'd ask Mr Cameron is when is he going to sack that gullible ed davey & Co?

The second question is, as a Conservative free market politician does he feel ashamed that he's presiding over a country where thousands of its tied publicans are commercially exploited, in the hands of a couple of self styled property comapnaies, much to the detriment of the industry?

RE: BISC: Bailey questions Prime Minister over pubco deal

Ed Davey is no longer there he is backfilling the energy secretary who has a speeding problem.

We are all now awaiting the next move from Norman Lamb.

One of the interesting things emerging from this interregnum is that all CoPs are going to need to be reacreddited as a side effect of the "legally Binding" and new Industry Framework Code of Practice.

This is because the new IFC put more obligations on the PubCos (and some unstated ones on you, apparently).

If you have issues with the CoP now is the time to get in touch with BIIBAS and make representations that certain elements should be included / excluded.

Amazingly it seems that the "Body" that discusses these matters on your behalf (if you are part of the FRI problem) is appointed from ? who knows?

As has been stated many times before we lack a soli d spokesman who can really lookafter our interests.

But if you want to do something useful contact BIIBAS and make your views known.

I am aware davey was side-moved to somewhere esle having completely messed up the pubco beer tie scams.....revolving door is kicking alive, new buildings, but same old dross, same old plunks!!!

RE: BISC: Bailey questions Prime Minister over pubco deal

Hardly side-moved, promoted and a seat in Cabinet. Mind, as usual, facts are in short supply in the anti pubco world.

they are certainly in short supply in Toad Hall.
