FLVA defends decision over fees

Surely not! From the posters on here I gain the impression that more saintly bunch you could not wish to meet.

FLVA defends decision over fees

And who can blame them ...

RE: FLVA defends decision over fees

Kevin, are you a member of FLVA ?

RE: FLVA defends decision over fees

The important issue here is to find out exactly what the FLVA will offer for the money. If its a genuine reduction adhering to the RICS guidelines then great, if its a backhanded horse tradeing deal that reduces someones rent by a few grand to keep them quiet its not so good.

The BII actually sold me their service on the bais that they could help me deal with my PubCo (utter rubbish but it was a sales pitch after allL) so its not a great surprise that people will use the FLVA for the same reasons. These organisations need to ask what else they offer the industry and whats importanty to tied lesees

RE: FLVA defends decision over fees

No. Have you rejoined the trade?

RE: FLVA defends decision over fees

Never left it, but I will let you know when I do.

RE: FLVA defends decision over fees

Really?
So what were all those posts about leaving your pub and being chased around by a BDM?

RE: FLVA defends decision over fees

All true, but this is not a chat site. Good to see you still giving it large on threads of no relevance to your business.

RE: FLVA defends decision over fees

My business, unlike yours is still the pub trade.
I think this from the FLVA is just the way some of the tied trade go about their business. Everyone owes them so feel free to abuse the system

RE: FLVA defends decision over fees

There's a few bad apples in every barrel, some free of tie operators are meaner than others for sure. If any tenant has done this to the FLVA they should be ashamed of themselves, not worth the time of day. But that doesn't excuse your last comment which is paranoid even by your standards.
