Hall & Woodhouse repeats rent cap

Phil Dixon, whilst pretending to stand in the tenant’s corner, is in fact helping to make sure tenants continue to be fleeced by corporate greed. There is no need for rents to increase by RPI and as much as Dixon likes to think a freeze will help an industry already in self destruct mode; it won’t. Rents are based on profit and in a declining market place why force more hardship on hard working publicans by applying RPI to rents. Rents, as well as beer prices, need to be reduced to allow tenants to compete and a RPI freeze may seem like a plausible solution but it is in fact a con helped on its way by Dixon and the rest of his pubco buddies up in Burton and Solihull HQ.

The supply tie arrangement is in need of a complete overhaul just like the organisations and cronies who are paid to prolong its existence.
