Threader joins BII as head of membership development

The BII has appointed former Waverley TBS director Graham Threader as head of membership development.
Threader, who began his career at Coca Cola Schweppes, will review the BII's membership structure and benefits package with a view to significantly increasing membership levels.
Last month, the BII announced that Steve Howe, director of membership, and Sue Medhurst, its director of marketing and communications, had left the group by "mutual consent".
Jonathan Stemp, director of ICT at the BII, also departed along with Janet Hood, former head of BII Scotland.
The BII is also holding a "strategy day" at the end of September to discuss its future direction.
"I am excited about Graham coming on board," said BII chief executive Neil Robertson. "His strategic business development background, along with his drive and enthusiasm make him a real asset to the company. I look forward to working with him."

Dum-ti-dum... back to topic.

Perhaps Mr Threader would do well to invite all those who haven't renewed in the last couple of years, to rejoin at a concessionary rate?

Or there again, just ask why they haven't renewed?

I would be delighted to give him the benefit of my experience, but it is unlikely with the latest developments.
Back to golf and fishing.
