Druids Pub Company has acquired its fourth pub, the Three Compasses in the hamlet of Aldenham, Hertfordshire.

The former Spirit pub, converted to lease, has reopened as a food-led family pub/restaurant, combining contemporary design and décor with original character features. It has a conspicuously different feel to Druids' other pubs.

Druids Pub Company's other pubs are all in Hertfordshire. Druids in Rickmansworth High Street, Druids in Estcourt Road, Watford, and the Duke of Marlborough in St Albans all have a rugby theme.

Druids is owned by former Welsh Colts and U21 rugby international Alan "Druid" Walters, who has 20 years' experience as a licensee.
