Gross profit on wet sales

Can you tell me what the "average" gross profit % would be on on a fully tied pub for it's wet sales and how much more this would be likely to be on the "average" freehouse. I appreciate there's probably no such thing as an average pub but some indication would help greatly.
Is there much difference in being tied to a brewery as opposed to being tied to operators such as Punch.
