Derek Bulmer, who worked for Michelin for 33 years and also edited the Michelin Eating Out in Pubs Guide, will be sharing insights at the event at Stoke Place, Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire on Monday, 27 February.
Jay Smith, UKTV Save our Boozer presenter and pub and bar consultant will be offering ideas on controlling costs in your pub’s business and wine consultant Neil Bruce will be offering ideas for increasing wine sales. Ben Bartlett, former S&NPC catering development manager and BBQ champion will be looking at ways to maximise the 2012 summer of events.
Five licensees will also be sharing some of their pub’s best business ideas including catering for special dietary needs, game festivals and Skype wine tastings.
