A new two-day training programme launched by Spirit Leased and focusing on growing profits exceeded expectations, according to 82% of attendees.

The two days of training delivered exclusive courses such as Growth through Retail Development and Growth through Effective Marketing. The overall aim and objectives of the course is to sharpen the entrepreneurial focus of delegates, the majority of whom are multi-site operators.

The training also covered areas such as marketing, cost control, supplier contracts and break even points.

Following the success of the training a further phase is scheduled in early 2013.
