Christie+Co has put nine pubs run by Bramwell Pub Company on the market.

The package includes:

■ The Waldron in Crewe, Cheshire. Offers are invited for the 25-year free-of-tie lease expiring in June 2030, with annual rent of £49,000.

■ The Phonenix in Southport, Merseyside. Offers invited for the 25-year free-of-tie lease expiring in 2032, with annual rent of £65,000.

■ The Malt Cross in Ayr, Scotland. Offers invited for the 25-year free-of-tie lease expiring in 2033, with annual rent of £77,500.

■ The Pow Burns in North Shields, Tyneside. Offers invited for the 25-year free-of-tie lease expiring in 2032, with annual rent of £65,000.

■ The Barracuda Bar in Hull. Rental offers are invited for the 25-year free-of-tie lease expiring in 2029, with annual rent of £89,250.

■ The former Town Hall in Staines, Surrey. Rental offers are invited for the 35-year free-of-tie lease that runs until 2040, with annual rent of £125,000.

■ The former George and Pelican in Newbury Berkshire. Rental offers are invited for the 25-year free-of-tie lease that runs until 2032, with annual rent of £95,000.

■ The former Academy in Port Talbot, South Wales. Rental offers are  invited for the 25-year free-of-tie lease that runs until 2040, with annual rent of £45,000.

■ A ninth outlet, Paramount in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire, is available freehold for offers in excess of £200,000.
