New appointment at Enterprise
Ian Ronayne, former operations director at Punch Taverns, has joined Enterprise Inns as a regional managing director, as part of a reorganisation of the tenanted and leased operator’s operational divisions.

Ronayne, who left Punch last year after a strategic review by the group, had been working on a part-time basis with Enterprise’s chief operating officer Simon Townsend at the end of last year.

He previously held top jobs at Coors including managing director and finance director of its European business and later director of sales at Molson Coors UK.

His appointment sees the group increase its operational split from two divisions (East and West) to three (North, Midlands and South).

Ronayne becomes managing director operations (North) while Gerry Carroll, who oversaw the West is now managing director operations (Midlands), and Nick Light, who oversaw the East division is now managing director operations (South).
