Be At One converts Bournemouth nightclub into site 33

The site on Richmond Hill is a former nightclub, with basement trading space and capacity for 200 guests. It is next to the city’s market square and a short distance from the seafront, marking the group’s second location on the south coast in addition to its Brighton premises.

Vibrant city​

Be At One director Steve Locke said: “We’re really excited to have secured this prominent site in Bournemouth as it’s a location that has long been on our target list.

“It’s a vibrant city that has benefitted from significant investment in recent times which, in turn, has brought a great buzz to the centre from locals and tourists alike.”

Locke said once it is open the site will have “a classic Be At One feel to it” - creating an intimate space that will help generate its “unique atmosphere”.

“We’re eager to get the site open as we move into summer and expect a busy few months ahead,” he added.

August opening date​

The site will undergo an extensive refurbishment before opening in August with its new Be At One identity.

“We look forward to delivering the Be At One experience of high-quality cocktails and warm, friendly service in a fun atmosphere to our new guests in the city,” said Locke.
