Spirit Pub Company-owned Wacky Warehouse is on the look-out for a playful child to test the company’s soft play centre.

The brand’s first director of play must be 12-years-old or younger, and be willing to try out every element of the soft play centre, which includes giant ball pits, cargo nets, astro slides and aerial runs.

It will be at the new Wacky Warehouse set to open soon in Cardiff.

The successful applicant will receive a one-off pocket money payment of £100 in return for officially opening the new centre. They will also be able to bring up to 10 of their friends to play and eat for free on the opening day.

The child will receive a Wacky VIP Gold Card too. It entitles them to unlimited access to the play centre for 12 months.

The chosen candidate may be called upon to provide a consultation service on all children’s activities taking place over the next year.

Henry Brewster, general manager at the new Wacky Warehouse, said: “We are so excited to be opening our Wacky Warehouse that we wanted to mark the celebration in style by recruiting a children’s director of play. It will be their job to ensure that all our equipment is up to scratch and fit for children of all ages.

“We pride ourselves on offering children a caring, clean, safe and friendly environment combined with a fun and Wacky experience, so this role will see the successful candidate and their friends trying out all our equipment and food, to make sure we are up to scratch.”

The closing date for applications is 11 April, visit http://www.wackywarehouse.co.uk/directors.php for more information.
