Black Sheep: seasonal range due out

Speaking exclusively to the Publican’s Morning Advertiser, Black Sheep Brewery director of marketing Jo Theakston said: “This year, we have been working on a proper seasonal range. We dipped our toe in the water last year when we brewed Ruddy Ram, which was a 4% ABV porter, so what we’re planning to do from now is run a small ongoing range of Black Sheep seasonal beers.

"First, we’ll be bringing back Ruddy Ram as our autumn and winter beer for around November and December, and then we’ll do another seasonal beer in the springtime and a summer one too.”

Theakston added: “Our logo has been tweaked a bit — we’ve redrawn the sheep and modernised it slightly to bring it into the 21st century and pulled the words together on the pump clip.”

Theakston also revealed that Black Sheep Brewery plans to celebrate its 20th anniversary next year with the launch of a new beer
to specifically mark the occasion.
