Old Golden Hen: showcased at GBBF this week

Greene King launched Old Golden Hen, a new 4.1% ABV beer, at this week's Great British Beer Festival.

The beer, which joins Old Speckled Hen and Old Crafty Hen, will be available in pubs from early autumn and targeted at premium lager and existing ale drinkers.

John Bexon, creator and head brewer of Old Golden Hen, said: "Old Golden Hen provides the true taste of refreshment. It is perfect for all occasions, but I recommend that it is best enjoyed chilled, with friends."

Old Golden Hen, which is brewed using pale malts and the Tasmanian Galaxy hop, also features in the new Old Speckled Hen sponsorship activity on the entertainment channel Dave.
