Pernod Ricard is showcasing a new range of “light and fresh” Jacob’s Creek wines at its Australia Day tasting on 26 January.

Consisting of three flavours, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz Rosé and Vermentino, the Cool Harvest range is said to be crisp, light and delicate in style, achieved as a result of harvesting the grapes in the cool of the night-time and incorporating fruit sourced from regions with cooler climates. The range will be available from February.

In addition, there will also be a new range of Jacob’s Creek sparkling wines later this year. Jacob’s Creek Trilogy is a premium sparkling wine range that pays homage to the traditional Champenoise techniques and has been created using the classic Champagne grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
