Six freehold pubs offered at Allsop auction in February

Six licensed freehold pub properties are set to go under the hammer at an auction held by Allsop next month, with guide prices ranging between £100,000 and £950,000.

Pub auction: six freeholds are set to go under the hammer at an Allsop auction

The properties are:

■ VNU in Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan. It has a guide price of £100,000. The property is let to a private individual for 25 years from 24 November 2006, at a current rent of £30,000.

■ The Ravensbury Arms in Mitcham, Surrey. It has a guide price of £825,000 to £850,000. The pub is let to pub operator Butcher and Barrel until 2031, with a rent of £80,000.

■ For Your Eyes Only in Southampton, Hampshire, has a guide price of £600,000. The pub is let to the seven-strong nightclub operator, For Your Eyes Only, for 35 years from 8 October 1998, at a current rent of £66,850.

■ Club Loco in Bolton, Lancashire. It has a guide price of £265,000 to £275,000. The property is let to Skyfall Promotions for five years from 13 December 2012 at a current rent of £45,000.

■ Mist on Rocks in Clapham, London. It has a guide price of £900,000 to £950,000. The ground floor and basement levels are let to operator Siddit for 15 years from 31 August 2012, with a rent of £55,000. The first and second floors are let to a property company for three years from 1 May 2012, with a rent of £25,000.

■ Joules in Reigate, Surrey, has a guide price of £400,000 to £425,000. It is let to two individuals for 15 years from 24 April 2012 at a rent of £42,500.

The property auction will be held on Tuesday 5 February 2013 at London’s Park Lane Hotel.
