The company, which is run by Charlie Luxton, who ran Babington House for a number of years, and Dan Brod, plans to open the new site in the village of Mell’s Inn next month.

The Talbot Inn will reopen as a food-led pub with eight letting rooms, after an extensive refurbishment.
