Mars bar and Galaxy crispy rice cereal cake

Cooking...five minutes


  • Two Mars Bars
  • 75g crispy rice cereal
  • 100g Galaxy chocolate


Melt the Mars Bars in a glass bowl over simmering water. When fully melted add the cereal and stir together gently.


Spoon into 7.5cm plain rings to shape, then remove the rings.


Melt 4oz Galaxy chocolate and spread on top of the crispy rice cereal. Allow to set.
