Cookies and cream pie tops new food products gallery
The dessert consists of a rich chocolate cookie dough pastry base, which is smothered with a chocolate ganache and topped with a mascarpone cheesecake that’s studded with American-style chocolate flavour cookies.
Each cake is pre-portioned into 14 slices for convenience and accurate portion control.
Pubs, bars, casual dining outlets and restaurants are all being targeted by the firm, which suggest serving it with ice cream.
