New menu for M&B chain
The Mitchells and Butlers (M&B) brand’s new food offer includes dishes such as a BBQ pulled pork ‘stacker’ burger with Monterey Jack cheese, onion rings and Ballymaloe relish, spicy coated Crackerjack prawns with sweet chilli mayonnaise and a fresh lemon wedge and southern fried chicken pieces with peri-peri sauce and sour cream.
The chain is also offering a variety of deals, including a Thursday grill club with dishes from £5.99, children’s meals for £1 with any adult main meal on Mondays and Friday fish club; offering a range of fish dishes with a drink from £5.99.
New concept
M&B opened its new Sizzling Pizza, Pub and Carvery this week at the Mill Farm, in Cannock, a combined version of its Crown Carveries and Sizzling Pub formats.
The site, which M&B said could be a scalable concept, featuring a range of pizzas, burgers, all-you-can-eat breakfast and sharing options as well as a variety of craft and draught beers and sparkling Italian wine Frizzenti on tap.
