Pubs react to #piggate
Pubs have taken to twitter to poke humour at allegations that Prime Minister David Cameron once inserted "a private part of his anatomy in a dead pig’s head".
The event in question is said to have taken place as part of an initiation ceremony for a dining society when the future Prime Minister was a student at Oxford University.
Members of the public were also eager to point out that the names of various pubs had taken on a new meaning this morning.
