The football teams from a pub in Liverpool and a pub in Hertfordshire will go head to head at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium in this week’s BT Sport Pub Cup final.

On Tuesday (23 May) teams representing both the Great Northern in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, and the Liver Vault, Liverpool, will take to the pitch at Arsenal’s home ground in north London

The winning side will secure a £5,000 makeover and free BT Sport for a year for their pub.

Retired internationals David James and John Hartson will each manage one of the teams in the final, while Birmingham City manager Harry Redknapp will present the triumphant team with the trophy.

The two finalists are the last pub teams standing following a national competition that received more than 900 entries.
