Whether your customers are interested in football, boxing, Formula 1 or rugby union, there’s plenty of sport on this weekend to entice them into your pub.

Formula 1: Russian Grand Prix (Saturday, 1pm for qualifying; Sunday, 1pm for the race) - Sky Sports F1 & Channel 4

Lewis Hamilton will hope to close the gap on championship leader Sebastian Vettel at the stunning Sochi track, which hosts this weekend's grand prix.

Boxing: Anthony Joshua v Wladimir Klitschko (Saturday, 6pm) - Sky Sports Box Office

One of the most anticipated heavyweight title fights in years takes place at Wembley Stadium this weekend. It is never too late for licensees to capitalise on the event by securing coverage and advertising the fight via posters, leaflets and other printed promotions alongside the more modern route of targeted social media.

Football: Manchester United v Swansea (Sunday, 12noon) - BT Sport 1

An exceptional Sunday of football kicks off with a game that will have significant repercussions for teams at both ends of the table. Manchester United will continue its pursuit of the top spot in next season's Champions league, while Swansea will want to haul themselves clear of relegation. This game could prove to be a popular one and kicks off very early so make sure your pub's doors are open in time for the 12noon start.

Rugby union: Bath v Gloucester (Sunday, 3pm) - BT Sport 1

The standout match from rugby's premiership this weekend sees West Country rivals Bath and Gloucester go toe to toe. Bath need to win to keep up their pursuit of a place in the end-of-season play offs, but Gloucester could still finish above Bath this season by winning at The Recreation Ground on Sunday.

Football: Tottenham v Arsenal (Sunday, 4.30pm) - Sky Sports 1

Speaking of rivalries, the concluding football match on Sunday sees two of football's most famous rivals clash in the North London Derby. This game follows on from four hours of Premier League football so licensees can capitalise on constant Sunday trade by having well-advertised food offers.
