With the Lions ready to meet the All Blacks, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix and the final of Queen's Club tennis, the weekend is looking good for sports entertainment.

Rugby union: British & Irish Lions v New Zealand: Saturday 24 June, 7.30am-11.15am​ (Sky Sports 1 HD)

The best rugby union players from England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland will join forces and meet New Zealand’s All Blacks in the opening Test match of the Lions tour.

The Lions are looking for a first series win over the All Blacks since 1971 – however, coach Warren Gatland has faced criticism about his controversial decision in adding to his squad in the run-up to the game.

Formula One: Azerbaijan Grand Prix: qualifying on Saturday 24 June, 1pm-3.40pm​ and race on Sunday 25 June, 12.30pm-4.45pm (Sky Sports 1 HD and Sky Sports F1 HD) 

The qualifying session comes from the 2017 Azerbaijan Grand Prix at the Baku City Circuit. This is the first time that this race has ever been held on the F1 calendar.

After the first practice round, Max Verstappen was in the lead with Lewis Hamilton fifth. The session was hit by a red flag, however, after Sergio Perez crashed in the tightest section of the circuit.

Cricket: ICC Women’s World Cup 2017: Saturday 24 June, 10am-6pm​ (Sky Sports 2)

The 2017 ICC Women's World Cup begins as England face India at the County Cricket Ground in Derby. The hosts will look for a good start here as they try to win the tournament on home soil.

First held in 1973, the Women's World Cup pre-dates the men's event by two years – and returns to England for its 11th staging.

Tennis: Queen's Club final: Sunday 25 June, 2pm-5.10pm (BBC 1)

Sue Barker presents live coverage from Queen's Club, in west London, of the men's singles final.

Andy Murray, who lost in his opening match, had entered the competition as top seed and defending champion, having become the first man to win the Queen's Club title five times.
