The final football matches for the top leagues in both England and Spain can bring a handy boost in trade this Sunday.

Rugby union: Premiership semi-finals (Saturday, 2.30pm) - BT Sport 1

As the rugby union season approaches its summer hiatus, it is business time for the four top teams from this season's Aviva Premiership. Saturday will determine which of the four teams will go through to next weekend's final at Twickenham as the two semi-finals take place back to back. First up, Exeter Chiefs play reigning champions of Europe Saracens before Wasps take on Leicester in the second semi-final at 5.15pm.

Football: Liverpool v Middlesbrough (Sunday, 3pm) - Sky Sports 1

The title and relegation berths may have been settled in the Premier League, but there is still something to play for when all 20 teams play their final matches at 3pm on Sunday. One of Manchester City, Liverpool or Arsenal will miss out on next season's Champions League. Manchester City, who are two points ahead of Liverpool, will play against Watford – a match that will be shown simultaneously on Sky Sports 2. Liverpool are then one point ahead of Arsenal, who host Everton. Whichever two teams finish highest in the table will be in next season's Champions League, the other side faces Thursday night matches in the Europa League.

Football: Malaga v Real Madrid (Sunday, 7pm) - Sky Sports 1

Once the dust has settled on the English Premier League, it is time to focus on the Spanish equivalent. A point against Malaga will be enough for Real Madrid to secure the title, but Barcelona will be waiting in the wings to take the title, should the Madrid side slip up. With the final matches occurring simultaneously on a Sunday night, the games will be a good chance for publicans to end the weekend with a handy boost in trade.
