It would be more supportive of us to suggest she does other things with her valuable time Maybe, re approach menus, customer service or entertainment offer You, on the other hand may think support is cheering her along and applauding her spraying fag spray around Really depends on what you call support, I guess. You see the one thing Cyber Licensees like to do is let us all know they have the perfect solution to everything and all others are wrong. Excentric if you like but the whole essence of what makes this trade. Individualism not the standardisation the corporate face desires for it. To push it into the same boring mould of follow the manual. Long may it survive. Jon you missed an entertaining vibrant sociable licensee who interacts and knows his customers on a personal basis. You don't seem to list that as a marketing tool. Not in the manual is it? It is want makes every pub in this land unique. I see you admit at long last that you would actually have to run sonmething past your line manager before implimenting it in "your" pub. So you don't actually have total autonimy.
