RE: Hey Jo club still flouting ban

That is true, however what will they do if they have no-one to pay these hiked prices?  They are going to have to pay everything theirselves, sell up or go bust.  Welcome to a licensees world!!!!

Bill

The Publican says that Hamish will be looking to work as a taxi driver.

Perhaps the time has come for you to stop referring or posting links to sites that promote ventilation and explain, in your Freedom2choose capacity, why Hamish, Tony and Nick haven't made an absolute killing out of defying the ban.

Why have the 14 million smokers deserted them?  Surely, if all the bluster about non-existant non-smokers, and the only money in pubs coming from smokers, was true they should be packing them in like sardines and charging twice the going rate for drinks.  Little things like paying your customers fixed penalties and shelling out the occasional £2,500 fine would be insignificant in comparison to the megabucks made cleaning up while your competitors go bust.

I haven't been to Blackpool, Bolton or Hereford since July, so I have no idea if all the smoke free pubs are empty, but surely having Blackpool's monopoly on smoking inside with a pint should be infinitely more lucrative than taxi driving.

So come on Bill from Freedom2choose, give up plugging ventilation and give us some answers.

Robert said "I think you have been here long enough to knwo that Jon's agenda is to destroy construction dialogue aimed at helping other licensees, when he's asked to several times by Nicola we have seen she now becomes one of the 'group' out to get Managers."

'Asked to several times by Nicola?"

Yeah right.

"Go on Nicola, ask Jon that daft question again about joint managers wages, that will be a hoot, he's already replied but we are short of news, this week"

And, I should apologise to 'Nicola' for putting 'Robert said'

Next time, I reply to one of your posts, I will give you a big old X at the end.

Alan, unfortunately I am not employed as their respective accountant therefore I do nor have access to theeir 'books' . You are a prize nutter Alan and all that you do by posting as you do is show yourself as the juvinile you are.

What you omitted in your post is that Hamish will work outside of the hospitality sector to fund the costs of his case, once this has been settled he will have set up business in another country where CHOICE is offered to both the business and customer.

I do not intend responding further to your childish remarks as I have much more important matters to attend to...

Too many people are dying from issues that even you must accept should be eliminated

http://www.mailonsunday.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=489864&in_page_id=1770  yes this can be avoided

Robert said "I merely pointed out aligning F2C with UKIP wasn't my idea"

'Freedom to Choose spokesman Robert Feal-Martinez said: “We will be encouraging all publicans who wish to have choice to openly support UKIP in coming elections. We are talking about potentially a lot of voters.”'

Robert, are you a man or a mouse. You put yourself up as the leader of F2C but now claim that the ideas and ideals were not your own

What are people supposed to believe

We know you have fallen out with Tony Blows - I take it he forced you to run for election?

Thank goodness you have left F2C and didn't win the seat. No one would have had a clue what was happening

Talking of confusion and not knowing what is happening. Have you any input on the Judicial Review?

Or maybe that wasn't your idea either.

Yes, more important matters than representing Freedom2choose on an important issue = advertising ventilation systems (for free!).

My remarks aren't childish, your organisation predicted the demise of the pub industry after the ban because smokers would have no choice.  I just pointed out that the 3 rebels are providing the only choice in England and should, according to the F2C predictions, be rolling in cash rather than selling up and driving taxis. Astute rather than childish.

And are you REALLY claiming that ventilation systems can stop people getting c. difficile? A quick google shows that it is mainly spread on the hands and ventilation has little if any effect.

Alan, as said earlier you are a prat...to get the infection on to your hands or any other horizontal surface it is first airborne. The two main areas that cross infection occurs between patients is as a result of the use of pens and stethoscopes. Clean air reduces the cross infection rates by up to 96% as has been proven by Dr Tom Boswell of Nottingham City Hospital.  Go and Google that info

Jon and Alan,

What a couple of childish posts from two people that couldn't debate themselves out of a paper bag.

My dad may be bigger than your dad but he is in his 70s but at least I grew out of that sort of childish argument when I left primary school.

So someone who hides behind anonimity wants clarification of something.
