Peach Pub Company is looking to bolster its senior management team with the appointment of an operations director as it gets set for further expansion.

Peach is due to shortly open its tenth site in the West Midlands and is looking to open a further three or four sites both this year and next year.

Peach recruited its third joint venture partner in March and has also acquired two new sites since May.

"The growth we’ve seen in the last year and the fact that there’s a lot more to come mean we’re looking to strengthen our focus on our people and service, which is why we’ve embarked on the search for a new people-focussed operations director," said co-founder Hamish Stoddart.
