Hopefully the new BBC/ITV/Channel 4 Freeview Satelitte due to launch in March 2008 will offer an alternative platform. Other delivery routes available include BT & Virgin Media so it's already more than a 2 handed delivery option. Fraid though you have to trace BSkyB monoply back to Mrs Thatchers government who granted sole rights for Satelitte delivery to the Murdoch empire, who then roundly kicked the Tory party in the teeth by backing Blair thereafter
