Dear Nikki That is absolutely shocking news. You must fight for your position now. Look at this thread on the MA website. Contact your MP. Use this link to find your MP's contact details. Make detailed, dated and timed, notes or record all communication with your pubco reps. Explain clearly as soon as possible that you are experiencing serious problems with the business because it is not perfoming any where near expectations that were based on the pubco infomation before going in. Go through all your paperwork from the time you were in touch with the pubco about the site initially. Find all information that might be misleading or just plain wrong and get it ready to present as evidence - to the pubco reps as well as to any MP or other outsider. Call Cooksey DMP - 01454 419900 - they are surveyors and valuers with a lot of experience in this area and ask their advice tomorrow morning. Do Not Wait! Good luck.
