Bitter bother for Tory MP at Wetherspoons > Bitter bother for Tory MP at Wetherspoons
George , once again you are putting your size 12 in your mouth ( it is a big one after all). Just what is good humour about assault in any guise ? .As a supporter of thugs, bullies and lowlife your words are but a stain on the character of those of us who go about our business in a more moderate self controlled manner.Anything to do with the sherry ole boy. |

Bitter bother for Tory MP at Wetherspoons > Bitter bother for Tory MP at Wetherspoons
So George, your opinion on "democracy" is that it is acceptable to cause assault on someone just because you dont agree with them? How about the fact that it was a man assaulting a women ? Do you also think the same if it was a female publican in debate with a customer.George states "We need much more of this sort of thing ".There's a word for people like you.The promotion of "thuggery" and "bullying" is low life at the best. |

MA meets woman behind Pub Revolution > MA meets woman behind Pub Revolution
I'm sorry did I miss something somewhere? I answered a question from Bev Cliffe who asked why self employed tenants could not buy on the open market employ their own accountants and had to show their accounts and vat returns to their landlords. I answered politely and accurately that it might bea requirement of the contract. I wasn't commenting on anyone(known or not) just stating fact. Contracts don't make you self employed your statement to Inland revenue makes you self employed. |

Thank you Bob. I always understood that by signing a contract meant that you agreed to abide by the requirements contained in it. Isn't that what a contract is, an agreement between two (or more) parties. Perhaps I am wrong. |

Thank you Gary. You are perfectly correct my statement WAS regarding Bev's questions re: Purchasing, use of accountants, and presentation of accounts and vat returns all of which are requirements of some leases which tenants sign willingly and with knowledge. Bev's personal circustances have nothing to do with my statement.Self employment does not stop because you sign a contract and cannot do certain things as you want. |

Bev, it might be something to do with the contract you signed, understood and willingly entered into. |

RE: Healey gives hope on new machine tax > RE: Healey gives hope on new machine tax
Inez, quite agree and will consider myself sat on the naughty step. However you will notice that George ( not his real name or pickie, yet another faceless poster) has taken advantage to take a further swipe at my good endeavours and reputation by calling moi a "buffoon", just what type of person does that in an open post?( from behind his hidden profile).Inez, both you and I know who each other are and are quite proud of ourselves. Have to say though , many readers have said to me how much they enjoy me exposing "wannabees" like our George. Hope all is well young lady. |

Preforming RIghts - up to their tricks again! > Preforming RIghts - up to their tricks again!
Sorry George that things pass you by but that must be the aforementioned affect on the old brain cell that you should be protecting from the southern sun. Big hole in the old ozone down there don't ya know old thing.George I know you fancy yourself as an educator but theres nothing you have taught me yet except the how you are subject to bitterness. As you seem to be bothered by Simon's contempt for your lessons on time zones I feel that you should educate him. The practice will do you good old man. |

George, you are getting more like a Stalker" by the day.Referring to your last comment, I will put this to Micheal ( Lord to you) Ashcroft next week when I see him, pity didn't know last week as I was at lunch with him. "Anyroad up",the matter of how much my activities have directly contributed to local good causes will be in the public domain , very soon, keep your eye on the local press. Off to yet one more charity event tonight, cost to me, none of your business, cost to rate payers , A BIG FAT ZERO, expect to raise for the good cause, who's to say, depends on the generosity of those present and my experience is that even with the country in its present state, no thanks to Gorden Brown, they dig deep into their pockets whilst some prefer self indulgence calling others fools. Talked to a group of local church leaders last night about people who come from your corner, Politics of Envy and small mindedness was the reply. Have to agree with the men of cloth.May your God be with you George. |
