Biggles has discovered that around 30% of the countries pub stock is "churned" every year and has done so for some period of time. Some at a profit , some break even and some at a loss , the same as any business sector. The missing point is that EPCs will be required for most businiss transfers , now wait for this, the number of business transfers( sales) runs into the 100's of thousands every year. Stevie boy ,please do keep up. The pubcos cannt change the lease without the lessees permision, so the tie remains HOWEVER and what a HOWEVER , they lead you by the nose to "force" a change to FOT, They are then the good boys and you think you have won , and guess what? They Have.By the way , im a pilot and not a surveyor ( also a publican). Cannt cope with all this low level debaite , off to talk to a China Man !!! or Gordie Brown , thats a s low level !!!!!!! |

Georgie , whats with this "graham" thing ? If Biggles contributions are indeed irrelivant why do they cause so much response and interest? I agree that the forum has reached a new standard, one on a downward spiral me thinks.Those previous posters with a brain and ability to hold a debaite have all but disapeared , i wonder why, posibly because the site has been highjacked by a bunch of people who have one agenda which is the down fall of the pubcos , wake up & smell the coffee IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN.
