Good to see you lot are as positive as always, you never are happy are you, good luck if the tie goes I am sure it will benefit you all as your rents go sky high to compensate, you all get thrown out as your turnover is too low to cover your (now higher) fixed costs, at least when trade is down you have to buy less beer so your beer costs are variable. A higher rent will probably mean the end for a hell of lot of pubs, who, if they really thought about their offer would sacrifice some margin and price fight to get more people throught the doors (if it is all about price, which it isn't) it is all about a great offering that makes customers want to visit, good for Enterprise for trying to make some changes but you lot will never be happy!
