Accessibility Statement
This site has been designed to offer access to as many users as possible.
At every stage of development we take into account the way people access our sites whether they are using a high-resolution powerful graphics machine/entry level PC/PDA or mobile phone. We also built the site to allow users with disabilities easier access.
Coding Practice
Semantic Mark up - Every piece of information on our site is part of a logical document structure. This is important for people with poor vision who use screen-readers. A screen-reader uses a voice synthesiser to read aloud the text of a web page and if the page is logically structured, the user will have a much better experience. Standards Compliance
Each page conforms to W3C HTML 4.01 Strict/CSS 2 coding standards and follows W3 Web content Accessibility Guidelines.
CSS for styling
CSS - Cascading Style Sheets - is a technology that allows us to create the layout and style of the site. If your browser does not support CSS or you choose to disable it, the pages of the site are still readable and the content will flow in a logical order due to the semantic mark up.
