Peach Pub Company is looking to bolster its senior management team with the appointment of an operations director as it gets set for further expansion.

Peach is due to shortly open its tenth site in the West Midlands and is looking to open a further three or four sites both this year and next year.
Peach recruited its third joint venture partner in March and has also acquired two new sites since May.
"The growth we’ve seen in the last year and the fact that there’s a lot more to come mean we’re looking to strengthen our focus on our people and service, which is why we’ve embarked on the search for a new people-focussed operations director," said co-founder Hamish Stoddart.
“We know that the only way to perform in this market is to have great people, and to retain and develop them so that they grow with the business.
"We’ve ramped up our pace of development in the last year whilst keeping our individualism and quality. Now, we need to give our partners world class support to be the best in every town we are in.
