Yellowhammer buys five more venues

Yellowhammer Bars, the vehicle owned by distressed situations fund Agilo that runs outlets formerly part of Sports Cafe and Candu Entertainment, has bought five of the sites formerly owned by Future 3000 on the South Coast.

The bars purchased out of administration are Bliss, Toko and Crank in Bournemouth & Mint and Dundee’s in Poole.

In addition to this, Yellowhammer bars also completed the purchase of the Townhouse in Leeds last month.

James Spragg, Yellowhammer’s chief executive, said, “We are delighted to have acquired these premium venues in great locations. The bars represent excellent additions to

our estate.”

Yellowhammer Bars now consists of 30 sites spread across the UK.
