Pub Chef Live 2009
The latest PubChef Live took place on Monday 30th March at The Nut Tree in Murcott.
Guests had the opportunity to learn about Mike North’s and Imogen Young’s Oxfordshire pub and their Michelin-starred pub menu and business. They also enjoyed an informative demonstration from BPEX focusing on how to get the best out of ham, to deliver both customer delight and bottom line profits. The day was rounded off by an exclusive beer tasting from the local Vale Brewery and a delicious three course lunch from The Nut Tree.
