The Morning Advertiser has launched a new training channel for licensees — View it... Do it!
The series of online How To videos give clear business tips and advice on best practice. These tutorials will create an exhaustive library of resource for the trade — a unique repository where licensee’s, operators and staff can learn best practice and raise their game.
The series kicks off with the top ten tips from cellar dispense experts Innserve on how to make sure your cellar is in top shape.
“More and more licensee are using the internet to order beer, read news and look for advice," said Innserve's Dan Unwin. "The View it... Do it! video provides quick, concise advice for the YouTube generation.
“It is a new way of educating and training and something we plan to expand upon. The other thing is you may have someone who has been a licensee for 15 years and is a bit embarrassed about asking for tips on line cleaning. But this is a living training manual.
“With cellar dispense, it really helps to be able to show practical tips rather than try and describe them in words.”
