New site for Martin brothers

ETM Group, owned by Tom and Ed Martin, has opened its eighth London site.

The Cadogan Arms, on Chelsea’s Kings Road is part of the Cadogan Estate and dates back to 1850.

A main bar area seats 45 and a separate dining area has space for 30. An original billiards room upstairs has been renovated and fitted with three American eight-ball pool tables.

Darius Endriukaitis, formerly at Guy Ritchie’s pub, the Punch Bowl, is head chef and will serve a British menu. The average spend is expected to be around £20 per head.

ETM Group’s last pub, the Hat and Tun, opened in Hatton Gardens last October. The company also owns The Botanist in Sloane Square, The Gun in the Docklands, The White Swan and The Well in Clerkenwell and The Empress of India and The Prince Arthur in east London.
