Seven Monin purees set for UK launch
Premium fruit purees for cocktails from syrup brand Monin are about to hit the United Kingdom.
Le Fruit Monin purees are available in seven flavours: strawberry, raspberry, red berries, peach, mango, passion fruit and banana.
The purees use a minimum of 50% whole fruits, and have been designed to act as ingredients for a number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
“Monin fruit purees give mixologists a wealth of opportunity when devel-oping new seasonal menus or signature drinks,” said Monin drinks expert Alexandre Lapierre. “The purees are versatile, easy to use and cost effective.”
The purees are presented in one-litre plastic bottles, in cases of four.
