Northern pubs to go under hammer
Auctions in Leeds and Manchester will see 18 pubs go under the hammer in July, including a number from Robinsons and Thwaites.

Auctioneers Pugh & Company will auction 16 pubs across Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumbria and Derbyshire on 16 July, and a further two in West Yorkshire on 21 July.
All are described as vacant, with development potential. Prices range from £75,000 to £215,000 for the freeholds. Robinsons venue the Crown in Market Street, Hyde, has a guide price of £90,000-£110,000, while Thwaites pub the Queens Arms in Widnes is set to go under the hammer at £120,000 plus.
The sales are at Manchester United FC on 16 July, and Leeds United FC on 21 July.
