S&NPE lends marketing support to tenants
Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises (S&NPE) is rolling out a new website offering bespoke promotional material for its tenants.

The aim of the site is to make its affordable, quick and easy for its licensees to order professional materials to promote their pub and events.
The site also allows users to load their budget in for the year and choose from 315 templates. During a 12-month trial, 84% used the service with 2,100 orders being replaced.
"It allows lessees to be fleet of foot and capitalise on opportunities such as football fixtures at very short notice without having to resort to empty belly posters or making their own signs," said S&NPE head of marketing Matthew Woodward.
"Unlike other similar sites, they can design, proof and order their materials in just one visit. The finished product is then delivered to them in 72 hours or less.”
He added: "We are committed to providing real marketing and business consultancy backed up with practical support to our lessees right across their operation.
"It is more important than ever for businesses to market themselves in tough economic times. But consumers are more careful and discerning about how they part with their money when finances are tight, so the materials used have to look professional.”
