CAMRA supports pubs after flooding

The Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) has taken steps to raise money for Jennings and other flood-hit breweries in Cumbria.

CAMRA: helping flood-hit breweries

Posters showing the county’s 26 craft breweries on a London Underground style map are being sold in their honour for £15. The Westmorland branch of CAMRA will donate £12 of every sale to the Cumbria Communities Foundation. The discrepancy accounts for printing and postage costs.

“Cumbria Tourism and CAMRA HQ are making no charges for processing orders on their websites,” said chair of Westmorland CAMRA Chris Holland. “Westmorland CAMRA volunteers are posting out the orders. It is a great example of people coming together to try to do their bit to help others in Cumbria”.

The poster can be viewed and bought online from at CAMRA HQ at www.camra.org.uk/shop or Cumbria Tourism www.golakes.co.uk/shop.

Donations can be made to the Cumbria Communities Fund at www.cumbriafoundation.org.
