Q’s a tonic for UK’s top-end bars
A luxury tonic water is on its way to the UK.
Park Place Drinks is bringing Q Tonic, a crisp tonic using natural ingredients, including natural quinine made from Cinchona bark, hand-picked in the Peruvian Andes.
The drink is sweetened only with organic agave water, which, the company says, creates a more rounded, balanced sweetness and contains up to 60% fewer calories than tonic waters with added saccharine or sugar syrup.
Q Tonic is already a feature in many of New York’s best cocktail bars, and the company plans to target the UK’s top bars and clubs.
“Q’s reputation in New York is so strong that we had interest even before the first bottles arrived in the UK”, said Martin Price of distributors Park Place Drinks. “Whether it’s enjoyed straight with ice, or enhancing the flavours of a top quality spirit, Q Tonic is a better tasting, healthier and more authentic tonic water.
